The AirTAC GC200C06F2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, G1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC200C06F2G is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one complete air-preparation set. This configuration is the GC200 size with a 1/8 in port in G (BSPP) thread, a 40 um standard filter element with a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, a polycarbonate bowl, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted, no reverse/check valve is included, and a mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports and threads, 5 um (W) or 40 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Point-of-use air preparation at workstations on an automotive assembly line, where each drop needs filtered, regulated and lubricated air for small pneumatic actuators and clamps fed from a 1/8 in connection.
Feeding cylinders and air jets on a carton-sealing or labelling conveyor, where the filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds a steady setting, and the lubricator mists oil for the valve and cylinder seals.
A wall-mounted air outlet in a plant maintenance shop serving pneumatic hand tools such as impact wrenches and die grinders, which rely on clean, regulated, oil-misted air to keep running smoothly.
Start with the size and port: the GC series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and each size carries a defined port - here the 200 size gives a 1/8 in port, so check the step up if your flow demand is near the top of this frame. Choose the drain for the filter bowl: differential-pressure (as fitted here, the default), automatic (A) for unattended draining, or manual (M). Choose the element grade: 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code. For the gauge, pick the scale - MPa (1), psi (2) or bar (3) - and whether the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge suits your panel. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as coded options; this unit is ordered in G. A reverse/check valve (K) can be specified where backflow protection is needed.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures against the curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this unit on request before you order.
This unit is supplied with the differential-pressure drain, the default option, which discharges condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises. If you prefer, the same unit can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) for continuous unattended draining, or a manual drain (code M) where an operator drains the bowl on a routine.
