The AirTAC GC200C06F2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set, so compressed air is cleaned, regulated and lubricated in a single installation. This configuration is the 200 size with a PT1/8 port (PT thread standard; G and NPT are order options). It carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a fitted reverse/check valve, and the embedded square gauge with a psi scale. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Mounting bracket included. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and with choices of filter grade, drain type, gauge type and scale, thread (PT, G or NPT) and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a small bench-top pneumatic press or clamping fixture: the 5 um element protects the directional valve and cylinder seals, the regulator holds a steady setting on the psi gauge, and the lubricator mists oil to the actuator.
Supplying air to stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging or bottling conveyor, where the combination keeps water and particles out of the valves, pins the line pressure, and carries lubricant to the cylinders.
A wall-mounted air preparation point for paint or coating spray guns: fine 5 um filtration for cleaner finish, regulated pressure at the gun, and oil mist to keep the gun trigger and needle running smoothly.
Start with the size and port: 200/300/400/600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air consumption of the downstream circuit - here the 200 size with a PT1/8 port suits compact supply points. Then choose the filter grade: 40 um is the standard element for general protection, while the 5 um element (code W, fitted here) is the choice when finer particle removal is wanted ahead of sensitive valves and tools. Drain type on the filter bowl is differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual; the gauge can be the embedded square type or an optional external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 200-size, PT1/8 combination on request.
The W in the code GC200C06F2WK selects the 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard. The finer grade is chosen when downstream valves, cylinders or tools need better protection from particles; the trade-off is a denser element, and the differential-pressure drain still handles the collected water.
