The AirTAC GC200C06MF2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled in one train, so one unit cleans the compressed air, holds a set working pressure and adds lubricating mist for downstream tools and cylinders. This GC200C06MF2GK is the size 200 unit with G1/8 (BSPP) ports, a manual drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a fitted square pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale and thread form, and we confirm flow or any other datasheet figure for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated, lubricated air to the tool-changer, clamping cylinders and purge circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the psi gauge giving the operator a visible setpoint at the machine.
Supplies the pneumatic cylinders on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor line, where filtered and lubricated air keeps seals and actuators working shift after shift and the check valve holds upstream settings.
Mounted at the drop point of a manual assembly cell, it conditions the air feeding air screwdrivers, riveters and blow-off guns, with the bracket fixing the set neatly to the cell frame.
Start with size and port: the GC series steps through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with larger ports and greater flow capacity, so match the size to the air consumption of the machines downstream rather than to the pipe alone. Next choose the drain: manual drain suits points where an operator checks the unit routinely, while automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. Filter grade is 40 um as standard, with 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. The gauge can be specified with MPa, psi or bar scale, and thread form is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options - this unit is supplied with G1/8 threads. Flow for the GC series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl, emptied by hand during routine checks. If the installation runs unattended, the same GC200 in G1/8 can be ordered with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain instead - just ask and we will confirm the option.
