The AirTAC GC200C06MF2WG AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit G1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC200C06MF2WG is an AirTAC GC-series three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one treatment stack. This configuration is a size-200 unit with G1/8 ports, fitted with a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual drain on the filter bowl, and an embedded square pressure gauge reading in psi. It filters water and particulate from compressed air, regulates downstream pressure within the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and adds oil mist for air-powered tools and actuators. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread types (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at a compressed-air drop point feeding a production cell, cleaning the supply, holding a set downstream pressure and lubricating the tools connected to it.
Feeding impact wrenches, grinders and other shop air tools that benefit from filtered, regulated and lubricated air at the point of use.
Conditioning the air supply to cylinders and air-operated valves on a packaging or assembly conveyor, with the 5 um element protecting close-tolerance components.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the line: this unit is size 200 with G1/8 ports, the smallest step in the GC range, with larger sizes available for higher demand. The 5 um element (code W) suits applications needing finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard grade. The manual drain means the bowl must be drained by hand during maintenance; automatic and differential-pressure drain options exist elsewhere in the family. The square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales are also offered. G thread is an order option, with PT as the standard thread. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain on the filter bowl: accumulated water must be drained by hand as part of routine maintenance. Automatic and differential-pressure drain variants are available in the GC family if you prefer a drain that works without operator attention.
