The AirTAC GC200C06MLF2W AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC200C06MLF2W is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is decoded as the 200 size with 1/8 in PT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the filter bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and no reverse/check valve fitted. In use it filters water and particulate from the compressed air, holds a set downstream pressure, and adds a fine oil mist to extend the life of downstream air tools and actuators.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a step of port sizes, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options). We do not publish a single rated-flow figure for this unit because AirTAC states flow as curves only; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to grinders, impact drivers and die tools at individual workstations, with the 5 um element protecting the tools and the lubricator keeping them running smoothly.
Supplies conditioned air to the cylinders and grippers on a packaging conveyor, holding a steady set pressure so pick-and-place and sealing motions stay consistent through the shift.
Installed at point-of-use drops on a plant air ring main, cleaning water and fine particles out of the supply, regulating the pressure for sensitive equipment and oil-misting the air for air motors and cylinders.
Start with the size and port: this unit is the 200 size with 1/8 in PT ports, the smallest step in the GC range, so match it to the line size and the air demand of the equipment it feeds. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer of the two published grades (40 um is standard), so choose it where downstream valves and tools need cleaner air. The manual drain means someone must bleed the filter bowl periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains are available on other codes if you want unattended drainage. The low-pressure regulator type is intended for lower set pressures - we will confirm its exact adjustment range from the datasheet on request. The square gauge is fitted with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and a mounting bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, we cannot quote a rated flow number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and help you check that the 200 size with 1/8 in ports is correctly sized before you order.
The M in the code means the filter bowl has a manual drain: accumulated water must be bled off by hand at intervals, which suits attended installations; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other GC codes. The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for lower set pressures than the standard type - its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so we will confirm it from the datasheet on request.
