The AirTAC GC200C08C2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC200C08C2K is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one air-preparation set. This 200-size unit carries a 1/4 in PT port, filters to the standard 40 um grade with a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and regulates in the standard 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range. It is fitted with a round psi gauge, a reverse/check valve on the regulator, and a mounting bracket. The filter and lubricator bowls on this size are polycarbonate. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC combination is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, different gauge scales, and with or without the reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Clean, regulated and lubricated air feeding tool-clamp cylinders and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, with the psi gauge giving the setter a local pressure readout at the machine.
Air preparation for the pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a carton packaging line, where the lubricator keeps cylinder seals working and the 40 um element stops debris reaching the valves.
A fixed drop at an automotive or furniture assembly bench supplying impact wrenches and air ratchets, with regulation held in the 0.15-0.9 MPa range and oil mist protecting the tool motors.
Start with the port and size step: the 200 size with its 1/4 in PT port suits lighter branch lines, while 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity - match the step to the air demand of the downstream circuit. Choose the drain on the filter bowl: differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic, or manual. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and the regulator can be ordered with or without the reverse/check valve. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and the bracket can be included or omitted (code J on the individual units).
If a single filter-regulator without lubrication would serve, the GFR family covers that; GC adds the separate lubricator for a full filter-regulate-lubricate set. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this 200-size, 1/4 in PT unit on request.
The C2 in the code specifies a fitted round gauge with a psi scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard option and scales of MPa or bar can be ordered instead of psi, so pick the scale your technicians read most easily when specifying the unit.
