The AirTAC GC200C08MF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one working set. This GC200C08MF2WGK is sized for G1/4 (1/4 in) ports and carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard, a manual drain on the filter bowl, the embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the set runs on compressed air at -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At this 200 size the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-C0 filter, GR200-C0 regulator and GL200-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the clamps, tool changers and air-powered accessories on a CNC machining centre's G1/4 supply drop, with the 5 um element protecting fine control valves.
Supplying the cylinder and valve banks on a bottling or cartoning line, where the regulator holds a steady working pressure and the lubricator mists oil for long cylinder life; the check valve holds downstream pressure if supply dips.
A bench-top F.R.L. point for impact drivers, air ratchets and riveters at an assembly station, giving operators clean 5 um air, a set pressure read locally in psi, and oil mist for tool life.
Work through the decodable choices in order. Start with size and port: 200 is the smallest GC frame and this unit takes G1/4; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the line needs larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain: this configuration is manual (code M), which gives the regulator a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available and hold the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range. Pick the filter grade: 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard. Set the gauge: the embedded square gauge is fitted and reads psi, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge as options. The thread here is G; PT is the standard thread and NPT is orderable as a specification. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain (code M): someone opens the drain on the filter bowl to remove collected water. If you prefer unattended draining, the GC series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains. Note the regulator range differs: 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a manual drain versus 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain.
