The AirTAC GC300C08AF2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C08AF2 is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled to condition compressed air on one 1/4 in (PT) line. This 300-size configuration carries a 40 um standard filter element with an automatic drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and oil-mist lubrication for downstream equipment. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C in non-freezing conditions. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um filter element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads orderable in place of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C0 filter, GR300-C0 regulator and GL300-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining cell, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the supply during unattended runs.
Conditions the air supply for pneumatic cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element protects valves and the lubricator keeps seals working shift after shift.
Serves a bench-and-tools station on an assembly line, holding a steady regulated pressure on the psi gauge while the oil-mist lubricator feeds impact drivers and air ratchets downstream.
Step up or down through the GC sizes (200/300/400/600) so the port - here 1/4 in PT - matches the flow your line needs; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as fitted here) empties the filter bowl without attention, manual suits attended installations, and differential-pressure is the default. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify 5 um (code W) where downstream valves or instruments need finer air. The embedded square gauge comes in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit is psi. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are orderable options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C0 regulator with a GF300-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure and the flow your equipment needs, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The A in the code GC300C08AF2 means the filter bowl drains condensate automatically, which suits installations that run unattended or are hard to reach. If you prefer to drain by hand, the GC series is also available with manual or differential-pressure drains - just specify the drain code when ordering.
