The AirTAC GC300C08MC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit PT1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled into one unit that cleans, regulates and lubricates the compressed air supply. This GC300C08MC2K is the size 300 unit with a PT1/4 (1/4 in) port, PT thread as standard, a manual drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. In use it removes water and particulate from the compressed air, holds a set downstream pressure adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and meters oil mist into the air stream to lubricate downstream tools and actuators. The size 300 filter bowl is polycarbonate (PC), rated for -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) fine filtration, gauge style and scale, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C0 filter, GR300-C0 regulator and GL300-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Point-of-use supply for impact wrenches, nutrunners and pneumatic screwdrivers at assembly stations, where the filter takes out water and swarf, the regulator holds a steady setting and the lubricator keeps tool motors running smoothly.
Feeding carton-forming, case-erecting and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, giving the machine clean, regulated air and a light oil mist that protects cylinder seals and internal surfaces through continuous cycling.
Supplying the pneumatic clamps, tool-changer actuators and chip-ejection jets on a CNC machining centre, where stable regulated pressure and filtered, lubricated air keep clamping consistent and air-driven components working.
The real choices in this series are all decodable from the code: step up or down a size (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs; pick the drain - differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M, as on this unit); choose the 40 um standard element or the 5 um (W) fine grade where finer filtration is required; set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar; and order PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C0 regulator with a GF300-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code means the filter bowl has a manual drain, which needs to be opened periodically to discharge collected condensate. The GC series also offers an automatic drain (code A) and a differential-pressure drain (the default, no code letter), which discharge condensate without an operator. On this size 300 unit the bowl is polycarbonate (PC) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
