The AirTAC GC300C08MF2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit G1/4 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C08MF2GK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set, here for a G1/4 (1/4 in) port with G (BSPP) thread. This configuration carries a 40 um filter element with a manual drain, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options that include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or differential-pressure drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. On this 300 size the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC); size 600 units use aluminium alloy bowls. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C0 filter, GR300-C0 regulator and GL300-C0 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding clean, regulated and lubricated air to the cylinders and grippers that cycle on a vehicle assembly line, with the check valve holding the set circuit and the square psi gauge letting technicians read supply pressure at a glance.
Supplying the air legs, pushers and sealing jaws on a packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element strips water and debris before it reaches the valves and the lubricator keeps the moving seals working smoothly.
Preparing the air for workholding clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the regulator holding a steady clamping pressure and the manual drain emptied during scheduled machine checks.
Size the unit by the port and flow step: 300 sits in the middle of the GC range (200/300/400/600), here with a 1/4 in G-threaded port, so step up or down a size if your line needs more or less air. The real, decodable choices on this family are: drain type (manual as fitted here, or automatic / differential-pressure), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (this unit is square, psi; MPa and bar scales are available), thread (PT is the AirTAC standard; G and NPT are order options), and the reverse/check valve (fitted here, code K). A mounting bracket is included with this set. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C0 regulator with a GF300-C0 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is emptied by hand, which suits installations checked as part of a routine. The same GC300 set can be ordered with an automatic or a differential-pressure drain instead if you prefer the bowl to look after itself. The 40 um element can also be specified as a 5 um grade (code W) at order time.
