The AirTAC GC300C10AF2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8, Auto Drain is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C10AF2 is an AirTAC three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one filtered, regulated and lubricated air supply point. This 300-size unit is threaded PT3/8, carries a 40 um filter element with an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and its regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), read on the fitted embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The filter bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate, a mounting bracket is included, and the maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, and each unit can be ordered with a different drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter element (code W), a gauge scaled in MPa, psi or bar, or G (BSPP) and NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A filtered, regulated and lubricated supply point feeding pneumatic presses, clamps and air tools across a stamping line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit during continuous shifts.
Conditioning the air that drives carton-forming and tape-sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element protects valve spools and the lubricator keeps cylinder seals working smoothly.
Supplying clean, pressure-stable, lubricated air to chuck actuators and clamping fixtures on a machining centre, with the psi-scaled square gauge giving the operator a direct reading of set pressure.
Start with the port and size step: 300 size corresponds to PT3/8 here, and moving to 200, 400 or 600 changes both the port and the flow capacity, so size the unit against the air demand of the downstream circuit. Then choose the drain: this unit has an automatic drain, but differential-pressure (the default) and manual drains are also available. The 40 um element is standard; select the W option for a 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The fitted square gauge here is scaled in psi, and MPa or bar scales can be ordered instead. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, and a mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and operating pressure and we will confirm the relevant datasheet curve figures on request before you order.
This unit's automatic drain ejects collected condensate from the filter bowl on its own, so no one has to bleed the bowl by hand. If you prefer, the same 300-size combination can be ordered with a manual drain or with the differential-pressure drain that is the series default.
