The AirTAC GC300C10C2G AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC300C10C2G is a three-piece F.R.L. combination that filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air in one assembled set: a separate filter with a differential-pressure drain and 40 um element, a standard regulator with a fitted round psi gauge, and an oil-mist lubricator. This size 300 unit is built for a G3/8 port with G thread, carries a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The metal bowls on the 200/300/400 sizes are polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GC series, available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, thread choices of PT (standard), G or NPT, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter grade option, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed at the drop point where the shop air main feeds an assembly line, this unit cleans water and particulate from the supply, holds a set working pressure for the actuators on the line, and carries oil mist downstream to keep air cylinders and valves running smoothly.
Mounted on the supply leg of a pneumatic press or clamping fixture, the combination removes condensate and debris before the regulator sets the clamping pressure, while the lubricator feeds the air tools and cylinders that cycle the fixture.
Fitted ahead of the directional valves on a conveyor system, the set conditions the air that drives diverters, stoppers and lift cylinders: filtered to 40 um, regulated to the pressure the diverters need, and lubricated for continuous daily cycling.
Start with the size and port: the 300 size with a 3/8 in port suits mid-range supply lines, and the next size up or down changes both the port and the flow capacity, so match the step to the air demand of the circuit. Choose the drain type where it applies: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic for hands-off condensate removal, or manual for supervised drains. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar), and thread is PT as standard with G or NPT as order options; a bracket is included.
Because flow is published only as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of the equipment downstream, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C2 code in the model specifies the fitted external round gauge with a psi scale. The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and the external round gauge is the optional choice; scales are available in MPa, psi or bar, so you can order the scale that matches the rest of your instrumentation.
