The AirTAC GC300C10MC2 AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C10MC2 is a three-piece AirTAC GC air-treatment combination: a filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator assembled as one F.R.L. supply. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in PT3/8 port, a manual drain on the filter bowl, a standard 40 um filter element and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the bowl for the 300 size is polycarbonate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 5 um (code W) or 40 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and G or NPT thread in place of PT. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to spray guns and air-assisted applicators on a paint line, where water and particulate in the supply would otherwise show up as finish defects.
Conditions the air feeding pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and air-powered fixtures on a machining centre, holding the set regulated pressure through the shift.
Supplies the pneumatic cylinders and actuators that drive case erecting, sealing and palletising stations, with the lubricator maintaining an oil mist for the air tools downstream.
The real choices in this family are all decodable from the code: the size step (200/300/400/600) sets the port and the flow capacity, so match it to the air demand of the machine; the drain can be differential-pressure (default), automatic (code A) or manual (code M, as here); the filter element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; the gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; and the thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Flow figures are published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size and application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request.
The M in GC300C10MC2 sets a manual drain: the bowl drain is opened periodically to release collected water. The same 300-size unit can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain if you prefer not to rely on manual attention.
