The AirTAC GC300C10MF2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination Unit, PT3/8 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled into one prepared-air station that cleans, regulates and oil-mist lubricates compressed air. This GC300C10MF2K is the 300 size with 3/8 in PT ports, a manual drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy. Mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part, available across the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, G (BSPP) or NPT threads to order, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds impact wrenches, air cylinders and clamps at assembly stations from one point that filters water and particulate, holds a set pressure and carries oil mist to the tools. The fitted check valve holds the downstream setting through brief supply dips.
Conditions the air feeding carton-forming and case-sealing conveyor actuators: the 40 um element keeps debris out of valve spools, the regulator holds consistent cylinder speed, and the lubricator mists oil to extend seal life. Manual drain suits a shift-start routine.
Supplies clean, regulated, lubricated air to tool-changer, clamping and chip-clearing circuits on machining centres. The square psi gauge gives US technicians a direct read of set pressure at the machine, and the 3/8 in PT port matches typical machine drops.
Size and port step up together with flow demand: 200 for 1/8-1/4 in ports, 300 for 3/8-1/2 in, 400 for 3/4 in and 600 for 1 in - choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand at working pressure. On this manual-drain version the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); an operator opens the drain periodically, so specify automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) if the bowl cannot be serviced regularly. The 40 um element suits general plant air; choose W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge is standard with an external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options, and the mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your port size, working pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and check the sizing for your application before you order.
Both filter, regulate and lubricate. The GC uses three separate bodies - filter, regulator and lubricator - so each can be serviced or replaced independently, and the filter here carries its own manual drain. This version also adds a reverse (check) valve (code K) to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. If you prefer a more compact two-piece layout, the GFC combines the filter-regulator with the lubricator.
