The AirTAC GC300C15AF2WGK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C15AF2WGK is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built together as one supply unit. This size 300 configuration is threaded G1/2 (G/BSPP), filters to 5 um, drains condensate automatically, regulates with the standard 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) spring range, and carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, the mounting bracket is included, and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure draining, the 40 um standard filter grade, gauge scaling in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this size is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to impact wrenches, nutrunners and pneumatic clamps at assembly stations, with the check valve holding the circuit if supply pressure dips.
Conditioning the air feeding workholding clamps, tool-change actuators and air blast on a machining centre, where the 5 um grade and a stable regulated pressure protect the actuators.
Supplying case erectors and carton sealing heads on a packing conveyor, where the lubricator keeps cylinder seals running and the automatic drain copes with condensate through long shifts.
Size is the first decision: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the line rather than to the pipe thread alone. Choose the drain behaviour deliberately: automatic draining (as fitted here) suits unattended duty, manual draining puts the check on the operator, and the differential-pressure default drains on a pressure drop. Filtration is 5 um on this model; 40 um is the standard grade where downstream equipment tolerates coarser air. The gauge can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scaling, and the thread is available as PT (the standard), G or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand figure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Send us your working pressure and required air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code specifies the automatic drain, which expels condensate without operator attention. The GC family can also be ordered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure default; the regulator setting range differs by drain type, so tell us your duty and we will confirm the right variant.
