The AirTAC GC300C15F2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination G1/2, 3-Unit is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC300C15F2GK is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator supplied together to clean, regulate and lubricate compressed air in one setup. This size 300 configuration is built for a G1/2 (1/2 in) port with G (BSPP) thread, carries the standard 40 um filter element with a differential-pressure drain, and regulates from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A square gauge scaled in psi is fitted, a reverse/check valve is installed, and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the filter and lubricator bowls on this size are polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options. Drains can be differential-pressure, automatic or manual, a 5 um element (code W) replaces the standard 40 um where finer filtration is needed, and gauge scales of MPa, psi or bar are available. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to impact wrenches, air ratchets and clamping fixtures at assembly stations, keeping tools supplied with clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure.
Supplies the pneumatic cylinders that form, fill and seal cartons on packaging machinery, where the lubricator maintains an oil mist for cylinder and valve service life and the regulator holds a consistent setting.
Conditions the air feeding tool changers, clamping fixtures and air blow-off points on machining centres, removing water and particulate before it reaches sensitive actuators and valves.
Size and port set the air capacity: step from 200 up to 300, 400 or 600 as demand on the line grows, and match the port to your piping - here G1/2 with G thread (PT is the series standard; G and NPT are order options). Choose the drain: differential-pressure as on this unit, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or manual for infrequent service. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and bracket options complete the selection. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
PT is the standard thread for the GC series, and G (BSPP) or NPT are catalogue options you can order instead. This configuration is supplied with G thread on the 1/2 in port; tell us which thread your piping uses and we will confirm the right ordering code.
