The AirTAC GC300C15MC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C15MC2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one conditioning stack. This configuration is built around a 1/2 in PT port, a 40 um standard filter element with a manual drain bowl, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a round psi gauge fitted. A reverse/check valve is included to hold downstream pressure, and the mounting bracket is supplied. The lubricator adds a controlled oil mist to the air feeding pneumatic cylinders, valves and air tools.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as order options) and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated and lubricated air to the clamping cylinders, tool-change actuators and air blow-off points on a machining centre, with the check valve helping hold set pressure during momentary supply dips.
Conditions the air feeding the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, where the 40 um element keeps debris out of valve spools and the lubricator keeps cylinder seals working smoothly.
Supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the air-actuated valves and diverters on a bottling or filling line, with the manual-drain bowl suited to a line that is checked and drained as part of each shift routine.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port; smaller and larger steps (200/400/600) exist, and the right step depends on the air demand of the machines downstream - we can check that against the published flow curves before you order. Choose the drain type: this unit has a manual drain, which means someone drains the bowl on a routine; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you cannot guarantee that. Filtration grade is 40 um standard here, with 5 um (code W) for finer protection. The gauge fitted on this unit reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are also available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a reverse/check valve (code K) is already fitted on this model.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the relevant flow and sizing data from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code means the filter bowl is drained by hand on a routine you set. If nobody can guarantee that, the same GC300 in 1/2 in is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the default differential-pressure drain - just ask for the alternative code.
