The AirTAC GC300C15MC2WK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C15MC2WK is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one piped set. This configuration is size 300 with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port in PT thread. The filter element is the fine 5 um grade (the standard element is 40 um; W codes the 5 um option) with a manual drain on the bowl, and the regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). A round gauge reading in psi is fitted for setting downstream pressure, and a reverse/check valve is included in the regulator section. The filter bowl on this size 300 unit is polycarbonate (PC); only the size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, plus choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the clamps, tool changers and actuated cylinders on a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting fine-control valves from particulate carryover.
Conditioning the air feeding spray guns and air-assisted applicators on an automotive paint line, where clean, pressure-stable, oil-misted air supports consistent finish quality.
Supplying the pneumatic cylinders and sealers on a carton-forming and packaging conveyor line, with the regulator holding a set pressure and the lubricator misting the actuators in service.
Size the unit by the flow your line needs at the port you want: the 300 size with a 1/2 in PT port sits in the middle of the GC range, and the larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering. This unit is already configured with the fine 5 um element and a manual drain; if you would rather have the standard 40 um element, or automatic or differential-pressure draining so the bowl empties without operator attention, those are the alternatives to compare. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other gauge choices. PT is the standard thread on this unit, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this size 300, 1/2 in unit before you order.
Both are decoded from the model code: M is the manual drain, which an operator opens to empty the filter bowl, and W is the fine 5 um filter grade instead of the standard 40 um element. If you prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, or the standard 40 um grade, those configurations are available in the same GC300 size.
