The AirTAC GC300C15MF2GK AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, G1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one prepared-air station. This GC300C15MF2GK is built for G1/2 (BSPP) ports. The filter section carries the standard 40 um element with a manual drain, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator delivers oil mist downstream. A square gauge graduated in psi is fitted, a reverse/check valve is included, and a mounting bracket comes with the unit. The filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, manual or automatic draining, a 5 um filter element (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the tool-changer and clamping circuits of a CNC machining cell, with the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout at the machine.
Conditioning the air that drives cylinder-actuated fillers, cappers and conveyor stops on a bottling line, where the lubricator keeps downstream seal life predictable through long production shifts.
Supplying prepared air to gripper and weld-gun circuits in a robotic weld cell, with the fitted reverse/check valve helping hold the downstream circuit if the main supply dips.
Size and port are the first choice: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the downstream equipment - here the 300 size with G1/2 ports. Drain type is decodable: manual (this unit, code M), automatic (A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the series default; manual suits attended installations, automatic suits unattended ones. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer particulate. Gauges can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scales, and the thread can be PT (the series standard), G or NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for the GC300 at the 1/2 in port before you order.
Code M specifies a manual drain: someone opens the drain valve to expel collected water. If the installation runs unattended, the same GC300 size can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the series default - just ask for the alternative code.
