The AirTAC GC300C15MF2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C15MF2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one 300-size unit for a 1/2 in PT port. The filter section removes water and particulate down to the standard 40 um grade and carries a manual drain, so an operator opens the drain valve to discharge collected condensate. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, plus a reverse/check valve to hold downstream settings if the supply is interrupted. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GC combinations are available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, and the filter, regulator and lubricator sections can be ordered with choices such as drain type, 5 um filter grade, gauge scale and G or NPT thread. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and we will supply the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a bank of impact tools and air cylinders at an assembly station, this unit cleans the shop supply, holds a set working pressure at the drop and mists oil into the line to keep tool motors lubricated through the shift.
On a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, the combination supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the clamp and pusher cylinders, with the check valve holding the downstream setting if the main supply dips.
Serving clamping fixtures and air chucks on a machining cell, the unit strips water and swarf-carrying particulate from the mill supply, keeps clamp pressure steady at the gauge reading and carries lubricant to the chuck internals.
Start from the flow your line needs and step up or down the size ladder: 200, 300, 400 or 600, each with its own port range - this 300 model lands on 1/2 in PT. For the filter section, choose the standard 40 um element or the 5 um (W) grade where downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection, and pick manual drain (as here) when an operator is on site, or automatic or differential-pressure drain where it is not. On the regulator, set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar and decide whether the embedded square gauge is enough or you want the optional external round gauge. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Brackets are included on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us the flow your application needs and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This configuration carries the M drain code, meaning condensate in the filter bowl is released by opening the drain valve by hand - a good fit where an operator is present. The same series can be ordered with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain instead, which discharge without operator attention.
