The AirTAC GC300C15MLC2K AirTAC F.R.L. Combination, PT1/2 is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC300C15MLC2K is an AirTAC GC-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one filter-regulate-lubricate package for compressed air. This configuration is built around a 1/2 in PT port, with a 40 um filter element and a manual drain on the filter bowl, a low-pressure regulator fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve in the regulator section. The unit ships with a mounting bracket, and the filter bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC line covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, thread options PT (standard), G and NPT, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter element option, gauge scale choices, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-C1 filter, GR300-C1 regulator and GL300-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to a shop-floor stamping or forming press, where the 1/2 in port serves the press cylinder circuit and the psi gauge lets an operator read set pressure at a glance.
Supplying a carton-sealing or palletising conveyor line where air cylinders actuate clamps and pushers; the filter removes water and particulate and the lubricator carries oil mist to the cylinders downstream.
Conditioning the air feeding impact wrenches, grinders and other shop air tools from a 1/2 in drop line, with the low-pressure regulator holding a stable setting and the check valve holding downstream pressure.
Size up the GC series by port and expected demand: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in PT port; smaller or larger sizes step the port and the flow capacity up or down. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. On this code the drain is manual (empty the bowl by hand), the filter grade is the standard 40 um (a 5 um element is available with code W), and the regulator is the low-pressure type with a round gauge reading in psi (MPa and bar scales are also available). The K code adds a reverse/check valve, and a bracket is included. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options. Note that the low-pressure regulator's exact adjustment range is not published - confirm it with us if your set pressure is critical.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-C1 regulator with a GF300-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 1/2 in, size 300 unit before you order.
Manual drain means the accumulated water in the filter bowl is emptied by hand, which suits installations that are checked regularly. If you prefer the bowl to discharge automatically or on a differential-pressure basis, the GC series offers those drain types as separate codes - ask us for the equivalent model.
