The AirTAC GFR200-06T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200-06T is a compact filter regulator that cleans compressed air and holds a stable downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, fitted with a 5 um filter element for finer particulate removal than the standard 40 um grade, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated water automatically as flow passes through, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the unit is rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to a machining centre's pneumatic tool-clamp and chip-ejection circuits, where the 5 um element protects fine control valves and the check valve holds downstream pressure if supply dips.
Conditioning the air feeding pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor, with the regulator holding a steady set pressure so actuator stroke timing stays repeatable through the shift.
Supplying stable, filtered air to benchtop laboratory automation - liquid handlers, valve manifolds and small actuators - where the 1/8 in NPT port, psi gauge and fine 5 um filtration suit sensitive instrument pneumatics.
Start with the port and size step: the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port suits compact drops and low-to-moderate demand, while larger sizes (300/400/600) carry bigger ports and more flow - match the step to your line's demand rather than oversizing. This unit has the 5 um element (code W); choose it where finer particulate protection matters, or the standard 40 um where it does not. Drain choice matters too: the differential-pressure drain fitted here needs flow to purge, so pick an automatic drain for intermittent lines or a manual drain where you want full control. The round psi gauge is fitted here; square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered against the PT standard. A mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Tell us your application and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code specifies the optional 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade, giving finer particulate removal; the K specifies a built-in reverse (check) valve that helps hold downstream pressure if the supply drops. Both are order options on the GFR series, along with drain type, gauge style and thread.
