The AirTAC GFR200-08 AirTAC Filter Regulator, G1/4, Psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MC2GK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in one compact body. This size 200 unit has a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a manual drain for periodic bowl blow-down, a 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve that holds the downstream setting during brief supply dips, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl keeps the sump visible so it is easy to judge when to drain.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with stepped ports, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, a 5 um element option (code W), gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your operating point before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtration and regulation for the solenoid valves and clamping cylinders on a CNC machining centre, keeping chip-blow and clamping circuits at a set pressure.
Clean, regulated air for the pick-and-place cylinders and sealing jaws on a carton or bag packaging line, with the check valve holding the setting through brief supply dips.
Water and particle removal plus a steady pressure setting for the air line feeding spray guns in a paint or coating booth, where moisture in the supply would spoil the finish.
Choose the size by port and expected duty: size 200 with a 1/4 in port suits compact point-of-use drops, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and capacity. Drain type is a real choice on this family: this model is manual, meaning you open the drain periodically, but automatic and differential-pressure versions are available in the same series. The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration matters. The round gauge on this unit is scaled in psi, with MPa and bar scales as options. Thread is G (BSPP) here - PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available as order options - and a mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your pressure and flow requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and required flow and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this exact configuration on request.
Manual drain means you open the drain valve periodically to empty collected water - simple and reliable where the unit is easy to reach. If the unit will be mounted where regular attention is impractical, the same GFR200 series is available with automatic or differential-pressure drain; ask for that variant.
