The AirTAC GFR200C06C1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06C1T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 200 unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale so the set pressure is visible at a glance. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) filter element option, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the valve island and small actuators that drive a carton-forming or filling station, with the MPa gauge letting operators verify set pressure during changeover.
Supplies clean, pressure-stabilised air to pneumatic fixtures and reference instruments on a lab bench, where the 40 um element protects sensitive components from water and pipe scale.
Regulates the air feeding the short-stroke cylinder and air jet of a labelling head on a conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate out of the head during continuous running.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port is the entry step of the GFR range - choose it when the air consumption of the downstream circuit is modest, and step up to 300, 400 or 600 as flow demand grows. The differential-pressure drain on this unit suits installations where the unit is always under flow, because condensate is discharged automatically without a manual drain routine; if the unit sits idle for long periods, a manual (M) or automatic (A) drain variant may be the better match. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the W option if finer 5 um filtration is needed. This configuration carries a round MPa gauge; embedded square gauges and psi or bar scales are also available. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is ordered with NPT. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The differential-pressure drain discharges collected condensate automatically whenever airflow through the unit creates enough pressure difference - no manual draining is needed while the line is running. If the unit will stand idle for long periods, a manual (M) or automatic (A) drain variant may suit better; both are order options in this family.
