The AirTAC GFR200C06C2G AirTAC Filter Regulator, G1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06C2G is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has a G1/8 (1/8 in) port with G (BSPP) thread, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, a fitted round pressure gauge reading in psi, and the standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, manual or automatic drain options, a 5 um (code W) filter grade, square embedded or round external gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding a small clamping cylinder on a bench press or fixture: the 1/8 in G-threaded port matches compact cylinder drops, the 40 um element keeps scale and water out of the valve, and the psi gauge lets the setter read and hold the clamp pressure directly.
Supplying bagger or cartoner actuator circuits where a single body must both clean the air and hold a set pressure: the differential-pressure drain clears condensate as the machine cycles, and the psi gauge gives operators a visible setpoint at the panel.
Conditioning shop air at a lab bench or test rig: the filter regulator removes water and particulate before sensitive instruments, the round psi gauge supports repeatable low-pressure settings, and the bracket mounts the unit upright at the bench.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the machine or line you are feeding: GFR200 with its 1/8 in G-threaded port suits compact drops and lightly loaded circuits, while larger GFR sizes carry bigger ports for higher demand. Decide the drain type for your duty: differential-pressure drain (this configuration) needs no operator attention between pressure swings, automatic drain suits continuous condensate loads, and manual drain suits dry or intermittent duty. Pick the filter grade: 40 um standard element for general air preparation, or the 5 um (W) element where finer protection matters. Gauge and scale are selectable: this unit carries a round gauge in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. G (BSPP) thread is specified here; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, we cannot quote a rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated l/min or SCFM number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air consumption of the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The C2 code in GFR200C06C2G specifies a fitted round external gauge with a psi scale. The GFR series can alternatively be ordered with the embedded square gauge, or with MPa or bar scales, so you can match the gauge to the units your panel and operators work in.
