The AirTAC GFR200C06C2K AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06C2K is a size 200 GFR filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port with PT thread, a 40 um standard filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever flow passes through the unit. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and a round pressure gauge in psi is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly. A reverse (check) valve (code K) is included, and a mounting bracket comes with the unit. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the size 200 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G-series range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with larger ports and flow capacity at each step up. Filter grade, drain type, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options) and bracket choices can all be specified across the family. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for the clean, regulated air feeding tool clamps, coolant nozzles and chip-clearing blasts on a machining centre, with the psi gauge letting the setter read the set pressure at the machine.
Filtered and regulated air for the pick-and-place and clamp cylinders on a carton forming and sealing line, where the check valve holds the downstream circuit and the bracket secures the unit to the machine frame.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding benchtop lab equipment and pneumatic actuators in a test facility, with 40 um filtration for particulate and water removal and manual-free differential draining between flow periods.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600, ports 1/8 in to 1 in) against the air your application actually consumes - flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your line before ordering. For this family the real decodable choices are: drain type (differential-pressure as the default, automatic with code A, or manual with code M - note the regulation range differs by drain type); filter grade (40 um standard element, or 5 um with code W for finer filtration); gauge style and scale (embedded square gauge standard, external round gauge optional, in MPa, psi or bar); thread (PT is the standard, G and NPT are order options); bracket (included by default, code J omits it); and the reverse/check valve (code K) where backflow must be blocked. This unit already carries the differential drain, 40 um grade, round psi gauge, check valve and bracket.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, SCFM or Cv number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain (the default, blank code) bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever air flows through the unit, so it suits lines with regular flow. Code A gives a fully automatic drain and code M a manual drain; note that the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type, with the differential-pressure and automatic versions set at 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
