The AirTAC GFR200C06C2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06C2TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: one body that strips water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This unit is the 200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain. It regulates from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and it is rated for -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, the code K reverse/check valve is built in, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for the small-bore cylinders and grippers on electronics assembly stations, where the 1/8 in port and 40 um element suit compact pneumatic circuits.
Point-of-use conditioning for bench-top pneumatic apparatus and test rigs, holding a steady set pressure between 20 and 130 psi from a shop-air drop.
Conditioning the air feeding diverters, pushers and stop cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the built-in check valve holding the set pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, and the GFR range steps up through 300, 400 and 600 for larger flows. Drain choice matters: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) versions are available. The 40 um element is standard here; specify code W for the 5 um grade. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and MPa or bar scales are the other gauge choices. G (BSPP) and NPT threads are ordered as options; PT is the standard thread. A mounting bracket is included with this code.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than one rated number, send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your application's flow demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request.
The C in the code specifies the optional external round gauge, scaled in psi (scale 2). The embedded square gauge is the standard fitting, and MPa, psi or bar scales can be ordered.
