The AirTAC GFR200C06C2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06C2W is a size-200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in PT port, 5 um filtration (the finer W grade), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard regulator covers a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the solenoid valves and small cylinders on a packaging line, with the 5 um element protecting valve seats and the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Point-of-use conditioning at a CNC machining centre, where the filter regulator feeds tool-change actuators and air bearings from the shop main and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate moving out.
Regulated supply to pneumatic stoppers, pushers and diverters on a conveyor line, sized at the 1/8 in PT port typical of these compact circuits.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in PT port suits compact supply drops and small actuator circuits; step up to 300, 400 or 600 if the circuit needs more flow or a larger port. The 5 um element in this model is the right choice where finer particulate capture matters; the 40 um standard grade is the usual pick for general plant air. Drain type matters: differential-pressure (fitted here) needs no attention, automatic drains on a timer-free basis, and manual drains suit installations someone checks routinely. Gauge scale is psi here; MPa and bar scales are available. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is included.
Because rated flow is published as curves rather than a single number, we do not quote a rated figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR200C06C2W selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard grade. The 5 um grade captures finer particulate and is chosen for sensitive valves and instruments; the 40 um grade is the usual general-purpose choice. Both are available across the GFR range, so you can switch grades by ordering the appropriate code.
