The AirTAC GFR200C06C2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06C2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 200 unit is threaded NPT1/8, carries the optional 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, the 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. GFR flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use prep ahead of the solenoid valves and clamping actuators on a machining centre: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate before they reach the valve spools, while the regulator holds a steady set pressure for consistent clamping and tool-change action.
Feeding the gripper and lift cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the check valve holds the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips and the psi gauge lets a technician verify set pressure at a glance during changeover.
A compact filter regulator at the drop ahead of spray guns, impact wrenches or air ratchets in a maintenance workshop, keeping moisture and grit out of the tools and giving the operator direct control of working pressure at the point of use.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: 200 is the smallest GFR frame, here with a 1/8 in NPT port, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit, the default), automatic (A) or manual (M); filter grade is 5 um here (W) versus the 40 um standard; the gauge is the external round type reading psi, with embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales available as alternatives. Threads can be ordered in PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT, and the J code deletes the bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow curve and full datasheet for this exact model on request.
The W code fits the optional 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, giving finer filtration ahead of sensitive valves and instruments. K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, helping hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. Drain on this unit is differential-pressure; automatic (A) or manual (M) drains can be ordered instead.
