The AirTAC GFR200C06F1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06F1T is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds the downstream pressure at your set point in one compact body. This 200-size unit is threaded NPT1/8 (1/8 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and uses a differential-pressure drain, which handles condensate automatically with no manual drain fitting to operate. The fitted square gauge reads in MPa so the outlet pressure can be set and checked at a glance, the standard regulator covers a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range, the polycarbonate bowl suits the -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) operating range, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across the family include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and a no-bracket version. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming or wrapping line, where a stable set point keeps sealing and indexing strokes repeatable shift after shift.
Conditioning the supply to vacuum ejectors and small air cylinders on a PCB pick-and-place cell, where the 40 um element protects fine orifices from scale and pipe debris.
A bench drop at a maintenance workshop running air screwdrivers and ratchets: the regulator lets the operator dial tool pressure down from the 1.0 MPa (145 psi) main line, and the square MPa gauge shows the setting.
Choose the size by port and required flow: this 200-size unit takes a 1/8 in NPT port, and stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 gives a larger port and more flow. The real, decodable choices on this family are: drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic with code A, or manual with code M), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (MPa as fitted here, with psi or bar and an external round gauge available), thread (PT is the AirTAC standard, while G/BSPP and NPT are order options - this unit is NPT), and the bracket (included here; code J deletes it). With the differential-pressure drain fitted, the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain as standard, which handles condensate automatically with no manual drain fitting to operate. If your duty suits it better, the automatic drain (code A) or the manual drain (code M) can be ordered within the same GFR200 family.
