The AirTAC GFR200C06F2W AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06F2W is a 200-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port with PT thread as standard, 5 um filtration for finer particle capture than the standard 40 um element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The fitted square gauge reads in psi, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales, and G or NPT thread options to order. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to a bench-top clamping cylinder on a machining cell fixture, holding a consistent clamp pressure set on the psi gauge while the 5 um element keeps valve seats clean.
Mounted at the drop into a carton-sealing or labelling station, it conditions the air supply to solenoid valves and small actuators, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate without operator attention.
Provides point-of-use filtration and pressure setting for pick-and-place grippers and air cylinders at an individual workbench, where the 1/8 in port and included bracket suit compact panel or frame mounting.
Start with the size and port: 200 is the compact step in the GFR range, and the PT1/8 port here suits small lines and point-of-use drops - step up to 300/400/600 if the circuit needs more capacity. Choose the drain to match access: this unit's differential-pressure drain needs no attention during normal running, while automatic and manual drain variants are available. The 5 um element (code W) is the right pick when downstream valves or instruments need finer air than the standard 40 um grade. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered in place of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request before you order.
On this unit the drain bleeds accumulated condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the 5 um element rises high enough, so it suits installations that run steadily without an operator nearby. If the line sees frequent stop-start cycling, an automatic or manual drain variant may be the better choice - we can confirm the option on request.
