The AirTAC GFR200C06F2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06F2WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your set point in one compact body. This unit is the GFR200 size with a 1/8 in NPT port, the optional 5 um filtering element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate away as air flows through, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range, a mounting bracket is included, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, psi, MPa or bar gauge scales, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed ahead of the machine's pneumatic valves, it cleans the shop air down to 5 um and holds a steady set pressure for tool-change cylinders and workpiece clamps.
Feeding vacuum ejectors and gripper cylinders on a carton-packing line, it keeps regulated air to the actuators while the differential drain clears condensate during continuous duty.
Instrument air for pneumatic samplers and valve manifolds in analytical equipment, where the 5 um element protects sensitive components and the psi gauge gives a readable set point.
Choose the size by port and required flow: 200 is the compact step, and here it carries a 1/8 in NPT port; the larger 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow. This unit already carries the 5 um element (code W); the catalogue standard grade is 40 um if your application does not need finer filtration. The drain is differential-pressure as coded, with automatic (A) and manual (M) versions available if you prefer a different condensate strategy. The square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales can be ordered. Thread is NPT here - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the figures from the GFR200 datasheet on request.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um grade; the catalogue standard is 40 um. Both grades are available across the GFR sizes - choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer air, and 40 um for general plant air.
