The AirTAC GFR200C06F3T AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06F3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 200 unit is threaded 1/8 in NPT, carries the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge scaled in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the unit handles a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl suits this size, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element option (code W), and gauge or no-gauge variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the clamping cylinders of a bench-top pneumatic press, where a stable set pressure protects the tooling and the 1/8 in port matches compact cylinder supply lines.
Conditioning the air feeding air knives and blow-off nozzles on a packaging conveyor, keeping water and scale out of the nozzles while the regulator holds the blow-off pressure the line was set up with.
Supplying regulated air to actuating cylinders on a test or assembly fixture, where the bar-scale gauge lets the technician set and verify the fixture pressure against the work instruction.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port is the entry step of the GFR range; step up to sizes 300, 400 or 600 when the line needs a larger port and more flow. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the W variant only if the application needs the 5 um option. Drain choice matters: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default), while automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available in the family. The fitted round gauge is scaled in bar; square-gauge bodies and MPa or psi scales are the other catalogue choices. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is included; J variants ship without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
This unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the catalogue default), which discharges condensate when the pressure difference across the element builds up. If you prefer, the family is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M); note that the drain type also affects the regulator adjustment range, with manual-drain variants starting from 0.05 MPa.
