The AirTAC GFR200C06F3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8, Bar Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06F3TK is a size 200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough, and a built-in check (reverse) valve so downstream air does not back-flow through the unit when the supply is shut off. The embedded square gauge reads in bar, and the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options, and an optional check valve. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air feed to a machining centre's pneumatic tool changer and clamping circuit, with the check valve holding the downstream setting if the main supply dips.
Conditioning the air supply to conveyor stopper cylinders and diverters on a packaging line, where clean, regulated air keeps actuation consistent shift after shift.
A compact filter-regulator point at an assembly bench air drop, protecting hand tools and small cylinders from water and scale carried in the factory ring main.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port, so match it to the line size at the point of use and step up to GFR300/400/600 if the circuit needs more capacity. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention between element changes, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits supervised installations. Pick 40 um for general air preparation or the 5 um (W) element where finer protection is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) are decodable choices, as is the check valve fitted on this model. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream air cannot back-flow through the unit when the upstream supply is removed. This unit also has the differential-pressure drain as standard: condensate collected in the bowl is discharged automatically when the pressure drop across the 40 um element rises, with no manual draining needed between service intervals.
