The AirTAC GFR200C06JC2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8 Round psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06JC2 is a GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This configuration is built for 1/8 in PT ports, filters to the standard 40 um grade (5 um is available as code W), drains condensate by differential pressure, and includes a round external gauge scaled in psi. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature window is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate, and the J suffix means no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and each unit can be ordered with a different drain type, 5 um or 40 um filtration, an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding pneumatic cylinders and directional valves on a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, where the 40 um element strips water and scale and the regulator holds a steady actuator pressure.
Conditioning the air feed to a robotic pick-and-place cell on an electronics assembly line, keeping gripper pressure stable through shift-long handling cycles.
Supplying a bench or small pneumatic press where the operator sets working pressure once against the psi gauge while the differential-pressure drain keeps the bowl clear.
Choose the size by port and flow demand: 200 is the compact step with a 1/8 in port on this unit, while 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity. Drain options are differential-pressure (this unit, which clears condensate as the pressure drop builds), automatic, or manual. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. On gauges, the embedded square type is standard and the external round gauge on this unit is an option, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the J suffix omits the mounting bracket.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated number, so we cannot quote a rated flow here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the GFR200 sizing against your application before you order.
C is the round external gauge option and 2 is the psi scale, so this unit is specified with a round gauge reading in psi. The standard GFR gauge is an embedded square type, and MPa (1) or bar (3) scales can be ordered instead if you prefer metric units.
