The AirTAC GFR200C06JC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JC2W is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, in size 200 with a PT1/8 (1/8 in) port. This configuration carries the finer 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, a round external gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket (code J). The polycarbonate bowl collects condensate, the regulator setpoint adjusts across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, the 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads, a reverse/check valve, or a mounting bracket. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request, since AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated 1/8 in air feed for the small gripper cylinders and pilot valves on a pick-and-place cell, where the 5 um element helps keep fine debris out of sensitive valve spools.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation for pneumatic actuators inside laboratory and testing instruments, where a compact size-200 unit mounts directly at the panel with its own psi gauge.
Regulated air supply to the small labeling and guide-rail cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the differential-pressure drain clearing condensate during continuous shifts.
Size 200 with a PT1/8 port suits compact circuits and point-of-use drops; step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the port size and flow demand of the circuit grow. Drain choice is decodable: differential-pressure (this unit, blank code), automatic (A) for unattended condensate removal, or manual (M) where you want drain control in hand. Filter grade is 5 um here (code W) versus the 40 um standard element - choose 5 um when downstream pilot valves or fine components need cleaner air. The gauge on this unit is the external round type with a psi scale; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Code J means no bracket is fitted; omitting J adds one.
Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the 5 um element, which filters finer particulate than the 40 um standard element - useful when protecting pilot valves or other close-tolerance components downstream. The 40 um grade is available in the same housing if coarser filtration is preferred.
