The AirTAC GFR200C06JC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 5 um psi gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JC2WG is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This 200-size unit is threaded G1/8 (G/BSPP) and carries a 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A round external gauge reading in psi is fitted, the bowl is metal, and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filter regulator feeding pneumatic vise and clamp circuits on a machining cell. The 5 um element helps keep water and chips-borne contamination out of downstream valves, while the psi gauge gives the operator a local reading for setting clamp pressure.
Conditioning and regulating the air feeding carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging conveyor line. The differential-pressure drain clears collected condensate as the element loads, and the regulator holds the set pressure the cylinders were sized around.
Supplying a bank of directional control valves on an automated assembly station. Filtering and regulating the air ahead of the manifold keeps valve shift behavior consistent, and the round psi gauge lets technicians verify supply pressure without extra instrumentation.
Choose the size by the port and flow your line needs: 200 is the compact step with a 1/8 in port, and the family steps up through 300, 400 and 600. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this unit, and the default) ejects condensate as the element loads, automatic (code A) drains continuously, and manual (code M) is emptied by hand. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection - this unit has the 5 um element. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this configuration carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this unit is G), and a mounting bracket is optional - not fitted here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default: it ejects collected condensate as the pressure differential across the element builds, with nothing to set or empty day to day. Code A gives an automatic drain and code M a manual drain; this configuration uses the differential-pressure type. For this drain type the regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
