The AirTAC GFR200C06JC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 200 unit carries a G1/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain, and a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range. A round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted, the reverse (check) valve option (K) is included, and no mounting bracket is supplied with this configuration. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), bracket and check valve. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a fixture line; the 5 um element helps protect downstream seals and the fitted check valve blocks backflow through the unit.
Point-of-use filter regulator for the air cylinders on a cartoning or wrapping machine, with a psi-scale gauge operators can read and adjust at the machine.
Clean, regulated air ahead of spray guns in a finishing line; the 5 um grade and differential-pressure drain suit work where water or particulate carry-over would show in the finish.
Choose the size step (200/300/400/600) and port against the flow your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and we will confirm exact figures from the flow curves before you order. This unit already carries the 5 um element; the 40 um standard grade is available if your application does not need fine filtration. Drain is differential-pressure here; automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT, and a mounting bracket can be added if this no-bracket (J) build does not suit your panel.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The W code on this model selects the 5 um grade, the finer of the two catalogue options, for work such as spraying or instrumentation where finer particulate removal matters. The 40 um standard grade is available on other GFR200 builds if you do not need it.
