The AirTAC GFR200C06JC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JC3TK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is ported 1/8 in NPT, carries a 40 um filter element, uses a differential-pressure drain, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in bar and a reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on the 200 size is PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades (40 um standard, 5 um optional) and gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for the air feeding a CNC machining centre's pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders, giving each machine its own filtered and regulated supply.
Conditioning the air that drives packaging line cylinders, diverters and grippers, so the valves and seals immediately upstream of the actuators see clean, regulated air.
Fitting at individual air drops along an assembly plant's ring main, where each workstation needs its own filtered and regulated take-off from the shared supply.
Start with size and port: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in NPT port; larger sizes in the series step up in port and air capacity. Drain type is a real choice - differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M) - and the filter grade is 40 um standard with 5 um (W) available where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scales can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar, and the thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your air demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
K indicates a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops. Other decodable choices on this unit are the 1/8 in NPT thread (PT is standard; G and NPT are order options), the 40 um element, the differential-pressure drain and the bar-scale round gauge.
