The AirTAC GFR200C06JF1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JF1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a drain bowl but no lubricator. This size 200 unit has a 1/8 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, a square pressure gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse/check valve fitted to hold the downstream setting if the supply dips. No mounting bracket is included in this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and optional brackets. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the clamping and punching cylinders of a small pneumatic press, where the 5 um element protects close-tolerance valve spools and the check valve holds the set pressure through supply dips.
Supplying the gripper and transfer cylinders of a pick-and-place unit mounted over a conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate out of the actuator circuit without daily manual draining.
Regulating instrument air on a lab or QC test bench, where the fine 5 um grade and the MPa square gauge give clean air and a clear, repeatable setpoint for sensitive pneumatic instrumentation.
Size and port are the first decision: step up from 200 to 300, 400 or 600 as your port size and air demand grow, since each size carries a larger port and more flow capacity. This unit is already specified with the fine 5 um element (choose 40 um where only coarse protection is needed), a differential-pressure drain (swap to automatic or manual where condensate load or maintenance habits differ), and an MPa square gauge (psi and bar scales are available). Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard option and G (BSPP) is also orderable. No bracket is fitted in this code - add a bracket variant if you mount away from a manifold.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet curve against your demand before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one here. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this size 200, 1/8 in port unit before you order.
The W in the code specifies the optional 5 um element. The 40 um grade is the standard choice for general plant air, while 5 um suits downstream valves, cylinders and instruments that need finer protection. If your line only needs coarse water and particle removal, a 40 um GFR variant is the more economical pick.
