The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2G | AirTAC Filter Regulator, G1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JF2G is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in one body. This 200-size unit is threaded G1/8 (BSPP), filters to 40 um, and regulates between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). It drains by differential pressure - collected condensate is discharged when the pressure difference across the filter element is high enough - and it carries a square pressure gauge scaled in psi. The 200-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC), and this model is ordered without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drain, alternative gauge scales (MPa/psi/bar), an external round gauge, a reverse/check valve, and PT or NPT thread instead of G. Operating limits: 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum inlet pressure and -5 to 70 C with non-freezing air. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a small pneumatic clamp or press cylinder: water and swarf are stripped out before the valve, and the set pressure holds clamp force consistent from cycle to cycle.
Feeding carton-sealing or wrapping machinery at a packaging line, where the 40 um element protects downstream directional valves from condensate and debris while the regulator keeps actuator pressure steady.
Regulated air to a lab rig or pilot-scale test bench, where the compact G1/8 feed, psi-scaled gauge and fine adjustment suit instruments that need a stable, clean supply at a known pressure.
Choose the size by port and flow: 200 with G1/8 is the smallest step in the range; step up to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and higher flow - we confirm exact flow from the datasheet curves on request. Drain: this model uses the standard differential-pressure drain; choose automatic (A) for continuous condensate discharge or manual (M) where you drain by hand. Filter grade: 40 um is standard; specify 5 um (code W) for finer protection of downstream components. Gauge: this unit has an embedded square gauge scaled in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are order options. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP, as on this model) and NPT are order options. Bracket: this model omits the mounting bracket; order the bracket variant if panel or wall mounting is needed. Before ordering, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the GFR200 at G1/8 is correctly sized - and share the full datasheet on request.
This model uses the differential-pressure drain: condensate is discharged automatically when the pressure drop across the filter element is high enough. Choose code A for automatic discharge independent of pressure drop, or M for a manual drain you operate yourself. Note the regulation range differs by drain: differential-pressure and automatic drains regulate 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), while the manual-drain variant widens the lower limit to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
