The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2GK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This GFR200 unit is threaded G1/8 (1/8 in), carries a 40 um filter element, and drains its polycarbonate bowl by differential pressure, so condensate is discharged as the pressure differential across the element builds - no manual draining routine. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), an embedded square gauge reading in psi is fitted, and a reverse/check valve is built in to block reverse flow. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400 and 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a choice of thread (PT as the standard, G or NPT as order options), drain type, 5 um element (code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and bracket option. Flow for these units is published as curves rather than a single rating, so tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and full datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the small cylinders and sealing jaws of a benchtop blister or bag-sealing machine, where a 1/8 in supply line and one compact unit combining filtration and regulation keeps the station tidy.
Supplying regulated air to pneumatic actuators on a sample-handling or analytical instrument station, where the psi gauge gives a readable setpoint and the built-in check valve blocks reverse flow in the circuit.
Air for small gripper cylinders on an electronics assembly pick-and-place head, with the 40 um element protecting tight-tolerance fittings downstream and the regulator holding a steady gripping pressure.
Size the unit by port and flow: this GFR200 sits at the 1/8 in end of the range, so check your air consumption against the published flow curve before you commit - we will confirm the curve for your application on request. The real, decodable choices on this family are: drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual - the manual-drain version widens the regulating range down to 0.05 MPa), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge (embedded square as fitted here, or optional external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales), thread (PT standard, G or NPT), reverse/check valve and bracket. This configuration is G-threaded, 40 um, differential-pressure drain, square psi gauge, check valve fitted, no bracket.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow curve and full datasheet figures for GFR200C06JF2GK on request before you order.
Differential-pressure drain is the default on the GFR family: condensate collected in the bowl is discharged automatically as the pressure differential across the element builds, with no manual routine. If your application suits it better, the same size can be ordered with an automatic (code A) or manual (code M) drain instead - note that the manual-drain version regulates from 0.05 MPa.
