The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C06JF2W is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit carries a 1/8 in PT1/8 port, a 5 um filter element (the finer W grade, versus the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted with this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with the 40 um or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and regulating the air feeding gripper cylinders and small actuators on a pick-and-place robot cell, where the 5 um element helps protect compact seals and valve seats.
Filtering and setting supply pressure for the pneumatic pushers, clamps and diverters along a packaging or cartoning conveyor, with the psi gauge giving operators a familiar readout.
Point-of-use air preparation at individual workstations on an assembly floor, where each bench takes a regulated, filtered branch off the main ring main at its own set pressure.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the downstream circuit: this unit is size 200 with a 1/8 in PT1/8 port, the smallest step in the range, suited to compact supply points. This configuration already fixes several choices: the 5 um W element for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, the differential-pressure drain (the default, which needs no manual intervention under normal operation), and a square gauge reading in psi. If you prefer a manual or automatic drain, a different gauge scale, or a bracket, those are available as separate order codes. Thread is PT as standard; G and NPT are catalogue options to order. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing against the datasheet on request.
The W in the model code GFR200C06JF2W selects the optional 5 um filter grade; the catalogue standard for GFR units is 40 um. The finer element suits downstream components that are more sensitive to particulate. Drain type, gauge scale and thread (PT standard, with G and NPT to order) are also selectable via the code.
