The AirTAC GFR200C06JNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 1/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JNTK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/8 in NPT port, a differential-pressure drain, the standard 40 um filter element and a reverse (check) valve; no gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is included. The bowl on this size is PC (polycarbonate), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulator is the standard type with a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains in place of the differential-pressure type, a 5 um (W) element, gauge options, a bracket, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use clean-up and pressure setting for the air feeding clamps and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre; the 40 um element catches scale and condensation carried over from the shop main.
Regulated, filtered air for cylinder-driven diverters and stoppers on a packaging conveyor; the fitted check valve holds the downstream circuit when the upstream supply is shut off.
Filtered, pressure-set air for spray guns at a finishing booth, where water or grit in the line would spoil the finish; the 1/8 in port suits compact point-of-use drops at each gun station.
Step through the size range (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) against the flow your line needs - we confirm the exact sizing from the published flow curves on request. Drain choices are differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M); the element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauge versions (embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales) are catalogue options, as are G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard and a bracket where the J code omits one. Ask us to check the application against the curves before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted. Gauge versions of the GFR series are catalogue options - an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales - and can be ordered under the corresponding code.
