The AirTAC GFR200C06JNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 1/8 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06JNWT is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is the size 200 unit with 1/8 in NPT ports, a fine 5 um filter element (the W grade; 40 um is the standard element), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as pressure drop across the element builds, and the standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); at this size the bowl is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT, G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, and gauge options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for the directional control valves on a carton-sealing machine: the 5 um element protects valve spools from particulate and the regulator holds a steady supply pressure for consistent valve shifting.
Feeding the short-stroke cylinders that divert or stop bottles on a filling line conveyor, where the regulator sets the lower pressure these small actuators need and the drain keeps condensate out of the circuit.
Conditioning the air feeding the tool-clamp/unclamp circuit of a small CNC machining center, where clean, regulated air at a set pressure keeps the clamping action repeatable shift after shift.
Start with the port step: size 200 with 1/8 in NPT ports suits compact point-of-use drops, while larger GFR sizes (300, 400, 600) carry bigger ports for higher air demand - size up if the circuit feeds multiple actuators. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention, automatic suits unattended installations, and manual suits periodic service rounds. Pick 5 um filtration (as here) where finer particulate protection matters, or the standard 40 um where coarse protection is enough. If you want a pressure readout, order a gauge variant with the scale you prefer (MPa, psi or bar). Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard catalogue thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Bracket variants are available where panel mounting is needed.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR performance as flow curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your application's air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code in the model selects the 5 um fine filtration grade instead of the standard 40 um element, useful where downstream components need finer protection. The blank drain position is the differential-pressure type, which discharges collected condensate automatically as the pressure drop across the element rises - no manual draining is required.
