The AirTAC GFR200C06LC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in one body. This size 200 unit is built for 1/8 in NPT ports, carries the 5 um filter element (code W), drains condensate by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure (L) type for circuits that run below standard line pressure. A round pressure gauge with MPa scale, a reverse/check valve (K) and a mounting bracket are fitted, and the drain bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, the 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use prep for a paint booth's atomizing-air manifold that runs below standard shop pressure: the 5 um element keeps water and pipe scale out of the guns while the low-pressure regulator holds the reduced set point.
Conditioning air at the gripper manifold of a robotic pick-and-place cell: filtered, regulated supply at a 1/8 in takeoff, with the reverse/check valve holding downstream pressure if the main line dips.
Feeding the small actuators and air-jet sensors along a packaging conveyor from a 1/8 in branch, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a local pressure readout at the station.
The real choices on this family: step through sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and flow band you need - flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing before you order. Drains come as differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M); the element is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as fitted here. Gauges may be the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge on the MPa scale. Threads are PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this unit is NPT); a bracket is included and the K code adds the reverse/check valve. As the low-pressure (L) type, its adjustment range differs from the standard regulator and is not published on our sheet - confirm the exact range with us.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 200, NPT1/8 unit is correctly sized for your application before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type of regulator, selected when the downstream set pressure sits below the standard regulator's normal adjustment band. The exact adjustment range for this low-pressure version is not published on our catalogue sheet, so confirm it with us and we will verify it against the datasheet. The rest of the code decodes normally: W is the 5 um element, K the reverse/check valve, T the NPT thread, and C1 the round gauge with MPa scale.
