The AirTAC GFR200C06LC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC2G is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This size 200 unit carries a G1/8 (BSPP) port, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain, and it is built as the low-pressure regulator type. A round external gauge scaled in psi is fitted, and the mounting bracket is included. The bowl on the size 200 frame is polycarbonate, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options across the range include 5 um (W) filtration, automatic or manual drains, G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a reverse/check valve. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and small swing cylinders on an assembly cell need clean air held at a steady, reduced setting. This unit filters the shop supply and regulates it in one body at the fixture drop, with the psi gauge giving the setter a readable reference.
Bench rigs and lab apparatus often run below standard line pressure. The low-pressure regulator type on this unit lets a technician hold a reduced setting at the bench, while the 40 um element keeps debris out of sensitive tooling and instruments.
Guide cylinders and small blow-off nozzles along a packaging conveyor need filtered air at a controlled pressure. Mount this unit at the station drop and set the line locally, with the round psi gauge making the setting easy to check during changeover.
The real choices on this family are the size and port step, the drain type, the filter grade, the gauge and its scale, the thread and the bracket. This unit is size 200 with a G1/8 port - the smallest step in the range - so step up through 300, 400 and 600 if your line needs larger ports and more flow capacity. The differential-pressure drain (the default) bleeds the bowl automatically while air is flowing; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains can be ordered instead. The 40 um element is standard and the W code gives 5 um. The round gauge on this code reads in psi; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are alternatives, and G or NPT threads are order options alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size, line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It is the default drain on GFR filter regulators: while air flows through the unit, the pressure differential automatically bleeds collected water and dirt from the bowl, so there is no manual draining in normal service. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options if you prefer a different arrangement.
