The AirTAC GFR200C06LC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC2GK is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a G1/8 (1/8 in) port, a differential-pressure drain, standard 40 um filtration, the low-pressure regulator type (code L), a fitted round gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve (code K), and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the clamping circuit of a CNC machining cell, with the fitted reverse/check valve on the air path and the psi gauge giving a direct pressure readout at the machine.
Point-of-use air prep for the cylinders and blow-off jets on a carton-sealing conveyor, where the low-pressure type (L) regulator is the specified choice for the circuit.
Conditioned air for paint spray guns in an automotive refinish booth, where 40 um filtration and a round psi gauge suit the low-pressure settings the guns are run at.
Size and port set the flow path: the 200 size with a G1/8 port is the compact step in the GFR range, and you step up to 300, 400 or 600 when the line needs a larger port. The real, decodable choices on this family are drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic, or manual), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge scale (this unit carries a round psi gauge; MPa and bar scales are alternatives), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and bracket. The regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published as a single figure, and flow is published as curves rather than one rated number - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number for this unit. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
In the code GFR200C06LC2GK, C2 specifies the external round gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are alternatives), and L specifies the low-pressure regulator type instead of the standard type. The embedded square gauge is the standard arrangement and the round gauge is the optional external style fitted here; the unit also carries a reverse/check valve (K) and a mounting bracket.
