The AirTAC GFR200C06LC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC2K is an AirTAC GFR200 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, regulates downstream pressure as a low-pressure type, and drains collected condensate by the differential-pressure method. This configuration is threaded PT1/8 (1/8 in), carries a round external gauge with a psi scale, and has a reverse/check valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply drops. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um optional element (code W), gauge style and scale options, and G or NPT thread variants to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a fixture-clamping circuit that must run below standard line pressure, the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, repeatable clamp force while the 40 um element keeps water and swarf out of the clamp cylinders.
Feeding small bagger or cartoner actuators from a shop-air drop, the unit filters the supply, regulates it to the pressure the machine was set up for, and the check valve holds the actuators in position during a brief supply dip.
On a laboratory or QC test bench, the 1/8 in port suits compact piping, the psi gauge gives direct setpoint reading, and filtered, regulated air protects sensitive instruments and cylinders on the rig.
Size 200 with a 1/8 in port is the compact entry of the GFR range; step up through sizes 300, 400 and 600 when the application demands larger ports and more flow. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W suffix only if the application needs 5 um filtration. Drain is differential-pressure here - choose automatic (A) for unattended drains or manual (M) where controlled draining is preferred. The round psi gauge suits US-style reading; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other catalogue options. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The C2 code specifies an external round gauge with a psi scale, instead of the embedded square gauge that is standard on GFR units. The K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if the upstream supply is lost. Both are catalogue options on this family.
