The AirTAC GFR200C06LC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/8 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR200C06LC2WG is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 200 unit has a G (BSPP) 1/8 in port, the finer 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), the low-pressure regulator type, a differential-pressure drain and a metal bowl. A round psi gauge is fitted and the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT/G/NPT threads, brackets and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and full datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to a manifold serving clamps and small actuators in an assembly cell, with the fitted psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Conditions the compressed air feeding laboratory bench equipment that runs on clean, low-pressure air, with the 5 um element protecting sensitive downstream components from particulate.
Supplies regulated air to packaging machine actuators that operate below standard line pressure, combining water and particulate removal with pressure adjustment in one compact body.
Step through the real choices: size and port (200 to 600, 1/8 to 1 in) against the flow your line needs; drain type - differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic (A) or manual (M); and filter grade - 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as coded on this unit. Gauges can be omitted (N) or specified round/square with MPa, psi or bar scales; this model carries a round psi gauge. Thread: PT is the standard, while G (BSPP) as coded here and NPT are order options; the bracket is included on this code (J deletes it). Note this is the low-pressure (L) type and its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm your setpoint with us. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this model on request.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um grade against the 40 um standard, for finer particulate protection of downstream equipment. The 40 um version of the same size is available in the range - ask us to identify the equivalent code for your port and options.
